We will traverse the mythic realms and the spontaneous depths of the unknown as we uncover long-lost visions and dreams. Together, we shall light the sacred fire and call upon stories of healing, joy, and liberation.
During these classes we will explore the transformative power of mythic story creation, using improv exercises and other story crafting methods to co-create worlds that bridge personal and collective healing. Our aim is to unlock aspects of ourselves and experience liberation and joy through embodied creative expression as we traverse the healing realms of co-created story.

I strive to create a supportive and structured environment for all participants. To ensure fairness and sustainability, please note the following policies regarding missed classes:
Missed Classes & Credits:
Missed classes can be credited toward a future series within one year only for valid reasons, such as illness or unforeseen emergencies.
A maximum of two missed classes per series may be credited.
Notice Requirement:
To qualify for credit, participants must provide at least 24 hours’ notice of their absence.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows without prior communication are not eligible for credit.
No Refunds:
Refunds are not provided for missed classes.
