Cancellation & Credit Policy

I strive to create a supportive and structured environment for all participants. To ensure fairness and sustainability, please note the following policies regarding missed classes:

  1. Missed Classes & Credits:

    • Missed classes can be credited toward a future series within one year only for valid reasons, such as illness or unforeseen emergencies.

    • A maximum of two missed classes per series may be credited.

  2. Notice Requirement:

    • To qualify for credit, participants must provide at least 24 hours’ notice of their absence.

    • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows without prior communication are not eligible for credit.

  3. No Refunds:

    • Refunds are not provided for missed classes.
